Movenet has operated since 2020. Behind the agency are its founders, who set the strategy and the quality bar, and a coordinated team of specialists - design, development, content, traffic and analytics. Every project runs on a proven process.

We started in 2020, when the world went digital
Movenet was born at the height of the pandemic. Offices closed, and within weeks digital turned from a shop window into the main channel for sales, hiring and reputation. That year showed not only how much it matters - but also how differently it can be done. We chose our own point of view, responsibility for the result and fresh ideas instead of ready-made templates.
The agency was founded by Ivan and Victoria Shalenko. For years we ran projects in parallel: different industries, different tasks, different cities. We grew together with our clients, built the team and travelled to run international events with our own crew - from the idea and the venue to content, filming and broadcast.

Our team is made of great, genuinely talented people: designers, developers, producers, copywriters, paid-traffic specialists and analysts. The whole staff works remotely, and that is a deliberate choice: we hire the best wherever they are, not whoever lives near an office.
But remote does not mean online-only. When an interesting project or event comes up, we quickly assemble the right crew for it - both in chat and on site, with travel, a film crew and production on location.
